No refunds
We do not offer refunds on paid plans. You may cancel your subscription after one month.
Current billing period
If you have already paid for the month, you can continue using the service until the billing period ends, but the payment is non-refundable.
Cancellation timing
You may cancel after the first month. Access remains until your period ends.
Plan changes
Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for upgrades or downgrades.
Custom build advance
Custom build projects require a 30% advance payment before work starts. This advance is non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension while we review the case.
